In today's rapidly changing business environments Scrum has become one of the most sought-after project management methodologies. This 2-day course focuses on showing how the Scrum processes can improve project speed, the working relationships with stakeholders, and overall success. The Scrum Master, Product Owner and the Scrum team form the three core roles in Scrum and the Scrum Master plays a vital role in every Scrum project by facilitating self-organized and collaborative teams. This course uses examples, case studies and role plays to help each student stay focused and learn how to apply Scrum to their next project.

Participants will be awarded a "Scrum Master Certified" (SMC) certificate from SCRUMstudy on successful completion of the exam. The course fee includes the certification exam fee. The exam consists of 100 questions and has a 2-hour time limit.
