Kirk Fox is a Senior Leadership Development Facilitator, Executive Coach, and Consultant. Kirk’s learning and development background, combined with his extensive experience as an HR professional, allows him to bring a unique focus to his management, leadership, and team / organizational development sessions, as well as his customer service and sales training. He leverages his 25+ years of business experience to engage session participants in a meaningful way.
In addition to facilitating leadership development programs across all levels within an organization, Kirk has coached senior executives, leaders, and teams in both the private and public sector. He inspires his clients to transform and develop themselves—along with those around them—in order to maximize their personal and professional potential.
Kirk earned his Bachelor of Arts with a specialization in psychology and sociology from the University of Alberta. He received his Executive Coaching certification from Royal Roads University and is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) as well as GTA Coaches. Kirk contributes actively to the learning and development community through his seat on the Board of Directors for The Institute for Performance and Learning (formerly CSTD), where he also holds a Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) designation.
In 2014, Kirk won the ICF Prism Award for his program Coaching Excellence: Coaching Skills for Managers. The PRISM Award honours organizations and coaches that have achieved a standard of excellence in the implementation of coaching programs for culture change, leadership development, productivity, and performance improvement.
