With 20+ years of experience working in multi-cultural environments Rakhee started her career as a software developer then progressed through the roles of business analyst, help desk project manager, ITSM process advocate, and service manager to business relationship manager. In a recent role, she was in charge of 250 Business Applications used in over 100 locations worldwide, accountable for services around IT infrastructure hosted on over 700 servers, primarily in 2 state–of-the-art datacenters  in Geneva, Switzerland strictly following IT service management principals as per the ITIL framework.

She has expertise in all stages/phases of service management and the project software development lifecycle including analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, training, and support.

Rakhee is a highly-rated ITIL and PRINCE2 training associate.
