Course participants practice PM tools while they experience the realistic challenges that are encountered on projects through case study exercises.

Project Management Essentials Online is compliant with the Project Management Body of Knowledge and it introduces tools and terminology without overwhelming participants with jargon. The course focuses on developing practical skills that can be applied immediately to increase the level of success on projects. The course is fun and fast-paced.

There is no prerequisite for this course. It functions as a stand-alone course.


Participants will receive access to the online course including many video files, an electronic copy of a course workbook that they can print containing exercises and case study materials. and an online quiz to test that course concepts were properly understood.
