Since joining the accounting team, Alba Aguanno has expanded her role through numerous contributions including improving cash management and financial forecasting, improvements to operational efficiency, improved compliance surveillance, contributions to marketing strategy, and a key role in developing our strategy for the Barnes & Conti acquisition. In recognition for her significant (and growing) contributions to the organization, Alba has been promoted to Vice President. In her new VP role, she will be a signing officer of all companies in the Procept group, including all subsidiaries.

Alba will continue her current duties managing finances while also contributing to other strategic initiatives.

This promotion takes effect immediately.
