One researcher has identified that successful project managers have developed and follow eight specific success habits. These habits are based on and relate to the project management "hard skills" and are practiced using the PM’s "soft skills".

In this 1/2-day workshop, participants will learn more about the eight success habits, specific approaches to implementing them, and how to best use soft skills in doing so.
