Contract management has become an essential management skill in today’s trend of outsourcing. This two-day course will teach procurement practices, the bid process, contract negotiations, managing contractors and vendors for optimum performance and a taste of Canadian contract law. It will also offer insight into the role of the procurement officer or buyer on a project team.
