During this two-day course, you’ll learn the principles and practices of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe), how to execute and release value through Agile Release Trains, and what it means to lead a Lean-Agile transformation at enterprise scale. You will gain an understanding of the Lean-Agile mindset and why it’s so effective in today’s adapt-or-die marketplace. You’ll also get practical advice on supporting Agile teams and programs, empowering a Lean Portfolio, building a continuous delivery pipeline and DevOps culture, and coordinating large solutions.

At the end of this course, candidates are given access to an exam study guide, a web-enabled flashcard style of sample exam questions to practice with, a full online practice exam that can be taken unlimited times at no extra cost, and one chance to write the SAFe® Agilist (SA) certification exam within 30 days of completing the course.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

This course is intended for CEOs, CIOs, product owners and product managers, Scrum Masters, project managers, program managers, portfolio managers, business analysts, team leads, change agents, Release Train Engineers, agile coaches, consultants, engineers, and systems architects.

PREREQUISITE

There is no prerequisite to attend the course, regardless of experience; however, those who intend to take the Certified SAFe® Agilist (SA) exam afterwards are recommended to have 5+ years’ experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product, or project management plus experience using Scrum.

MATERIALS

Students will be provided with a workbook containing copies of the presentation material, all of the abovementioned study materials and practice exam, a chance to write the  SAFe® 5 Agilist (SA) certification exam, plus one year membership to the SAFe Community Platform.
