Luz Abad is an Instructional Designer and Technical Writer. She is an experienced professional with a focus on business efficiency and implementing changes in systems and structures.
For over 10 years, she has worked as an instructor, business analyst, systems analyst, and project manager. She has taught in both college and corporate settings. In the past, she has worked with oil and gas corporations, manufacturers, not for profit organizations, Indigenous communities, retail businesses, and utility companies. Past projects include writing a Community Risk Reduction Plan for Indigenous communities in Canada, building eLearning modules for Opioid Harm Reduction, documenting Identity Management Systems, and writing documents for financial institutions.
Luz is an APMG Certified Change Management Practitioner and holds a BC Provincial Instructor Diploma. She has a BS in Accounting.
