At the 2026 Global 100 Awards, run by UK organization GPMG, Procept was the winner of a special award, being named Canada's "Best Professional Training & Coaching Business of the Year" in recognition of the company's focus on customer service excellence and the consistent high quality of its offerings.

Procept's president, Kevin Aguanno, reacted to the award, saying "This is quite a surprise. I didn't even know we were nominated." The company has maintained a focus on continuous improvement it its drive towards excellence in all of its internal and customer-facing processes. Aguanno continues: "Since I took over the business more than ten years ago, I have pushed through a digital transformation tied to multiple process optimiztion initiatives.  Today's announcement recognizes the results of years of work by our staff in achieving overall organizational excellence."
