The World Bank, in partnership with other international bodies, has developed a best-practices framework for public-private partnerships — those arrangements where government bodies and private companies come together to complete a complex project, with both sharing in the resulting benefits. Working with the World Bank, APMG International developed a certification exam for this standard and has recently accredited Procept as one of only two companies in Canada (and one of five companies in North America) that is authorized to teach the curriculum and administer the certification exam.
In announcing the arrangement, Procept president Kevin Aguanno stated "We are very excited to be recognized by the APMG as leaders in this area. As governments try to do more with limited resources, they are turning to PPP arrangements and Procept is there to support them with PPP training and consulting."
