Recently, the Change Management Institute has updated their exams to account for industry trends that have developed over the past ten years. The new exam is better aligned with today's change management environment and is now available.
Procept offers updated Change Management Foundations (CMF) and Change Management Professional (CMP) courses that were co-developed by the CMI and APMG International. These courses teach the fundamentals of change management and also prepare people to pass the two certification exams. Procept bundles the cost of the exams with the course tuition fee, so that participants have a chance to get certified as part of the learning experience.
