An accomplished project manager adept in steering complex projects to success, she also possesses a robust background in training and mentoring less experienced PMs. With a track record of delivering high-stakes projects on time and within budget, she brings extensive expertise in project management methodologies. Proficient in not just executing projects but also in nurturing talent, she provides comprehensive training to emerging project managers including imparting knowledge on project lifecycles, risk management, and effective stakeholder communication. Her driving goal is not just project success, but also cultivating a team of proficient and confident project managers.

Jennifer is an adaptable and innovative leader, adept at holistic visioning while meticulously managing project details. She has repeately demonstrated success in navigating globally-distributed teams across various time zones, showcasing leadership in system implementation and driving process enhancements.  Working with global, cross-cultural teams has helped her develop significant expertise in navigating the challenges of cultural differences in such diverse groups, a skill that she uses to help others on their diversity, equity and inclusion journeys.

She holds a Masters in Project Management from Northeastern University and is certified as a Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute.
